Implementation of slot_available signal was missing under new DBus interface.

DownloadManager 0.1.2 (download manager for Fetch, limiting the number
of simultaneous downloads) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://www.kerofin.demon.co.uk/2005/interfaces/DownloadManager

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
