ROX-All release

Added System (Ken Hayber), XAttr (Stephen Watson), WiFi applet (Cyrille Mars and Ken Hayber), ArmagetronAd (tron game) and Execute (Dennis Tomas). Memo can now run as an applet. Also now includes newer versions of 0launch.

ROX-All 0.9 (a single archive containing launchers for most of the ROX
applications) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://rox.sourceforge.net/2008/ROX-All.xml

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
