ToggleDesktop is panel item which can toggle show/hide windows.
Now ToggleDesktop is written by C code.
I'll make the python code later.

Could you possibly stop ToggleDesktop from hiding the panel it sits in?

Otherwise you have to type TAB to restore the desktop, which is a bit impractical.

ToggleDesktop wants libwnck-1.so.4 but I only have up to .2

It depends on libwnck-1.so.4, but that's outdated now. The oldest version I have is -1.so.18.
