Added Zero Install injector feed.

AppFactory 2.1.5 (This program automates the creation of ROX wrappers
for non-ROX programs.) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://www.kerofin.demon.co.uk/2005/interfaces/AppFactory

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
