Added Zero Install injector feed.
Added i18n support.

Tail 2.1.4 (This program displays the contents of a text file, updating
as the text file is updated.) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://www.kerofin.demon.co.uk/2005/interfaces/Tail

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
