ROX-All release

Added some missing icons and updated to the new interface URI for MiniClock. Updated the menu for DeviceHandler to include some new items, and removed the old Media application it replaces.

ROX-All 0.8 (a single archive containing launchers for most of the ROX
applications) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://rox.sourceforge.net/2008/ROX-All.xml

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
