Added i18n support.
Can set the user.xdg.origin.url extended attribute on downloaded files.
Use rox.basedir instead of rox.choices.
Can override waiting for DownloadManager to OK start.

Fetch 0.3.2 (This program acts as a download handler for ROX-Filer.) has
been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://www.kerofin.demon.co.uk/2005/interfaces/Fetch

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
