ROX-All released

Added Dennis Tomas's DevTray. Updated FooBillard's URI (it moved). Added the Appearance configlet and a few other programs. Updated the Zero Install packages to the latest versions.

ROX-All 1.2 (a single archive containing launchers for most of the ROX
applications) has been released.

You can install it by entering this URL into AddApp:

  http://rox.sourceforge.net/2008/ROX-All.xml

To upgrade:

- Right click on the application and choose 'Versions...' from the menu.
- Click on 'Refresh all now'.
- Ensure 'Help test new versions' is selected.
