Every application running should use the same keys for Save, Quit, etc.

Standard Keys
This would make life a lot easier and quicker. It would save having to relearn commonly used shortcuts for each app.
These shortcuts could obviously be adjustable for those who don't like this system.
May I suggest F3 for save, F4 for search?
